All products are made with 100%
stainless steel findings. You can wear them 24/7, in the shower, sleeping, wherever you like and it wont turn your skin green! However I do not personally recommend this but it’s completely up to you! 

Product Care

All items are stainless steel so will not tarnish, but may dull & get dirty over time. Please use the tarnish cloth provided in your order to clean up your pieces to give them back their shine! Always handle handmade jewellery with care & try not to tug or pull too hard! Some pieces may contain glass or crystal beads so avoid dropping on hard surfaces to prevent cracking.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds  and returns are not available. All sales are final so please be 100% certain when you check out!

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged please send a photo to ellabakerm9@gmail.com with your order information to sort out a replacement. 

 

Shipping Information 

UK orders are sent first class. International orders are sent tracked- please check emails provided for tracking numbers! If you don’t see your tracking information please check your spam/junk folder before contacting me. 

In case of delay please email or dm me about any enquiries about your order, I’m always happy to provide updates! Please note the shipping provider is Royal Mail and as a small business I am not in control of local & intshipping times.
